Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced store leader to manage daily operations and mentor crew members. You will oversee customer service quality, training, and checkout efficiency while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. On-site work and flexible scheduling are expected to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• WOW the Customer through personal service and friendly interactions.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and safety.
• Open/close procedures including cash handling and security checks.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses via merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping duties.
