Five Below is seeking a store leader to ensure a WOW customer experience and smooth daily operations. You will train crew, oversee associates, and assist with receiving and stocking processes on a fast-paced sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and exceptional service.
• Trains crew on customer service and fast, friendly check-out experiences.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves for fast replenishment.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations and staff leadership.
• Occasionally opens or closes the store, handles cash and security tasks.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Maintains store cleanliness and stock room organization.
