Job summary

On is seeking a Store Advisor to be the brand ambassador and primary creator of a premium, individualized fan experience in-store. You will master our Cloud CX Premium service with a detail-oriented approach to make every guest feel genuinely welcomed.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support the retail function through excellence in service, authenticity, and alignment with our mission to ignite the human spirit through movement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication and team collaboration.
• Growth mindset and coachability with learning new products/processes.
• Meticulous in execution and presentation in a premium environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, individualized guest experience following the Cloud CX approach and 5 Steps of Service.
• Support guest interactions with product education and seamless shopping journeys.
• Maintain premium visual standards and accurate inventory management.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate clearly to start and finish shifts together.
