Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience by mastering Cloud CX and the 5 Steps of Service.
• Support guest interactions with elevated try-on rituals and product education.
• Maintain premium visual standards and accurate inventory management.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth shifts and clear communication.
