Job summary

On Store in-store team is seeking a Store Advisor to act as brand ambassador and create a premium, individualized fan experience. You will master Cloud CX service and the 5 Steps of Service to drive long-term loyalty.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support daily operations with meticulous attention to detail, ensure premium visual standards, and contribute to inventory accuracy while reflecting On’s global positioning.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments where delivering a quality experience is a priority
• Growth mindset and a passion for learning, with a proven ability to remain resilient and coachable when learning new products or processes
• Highly reliable and accountable, with a record of consistent performance and strict adherence to retail standard operating procedures
• Strong communication skills and a team-first spirit, ensuring collective goals are met through active engagement and asking clarifying questions
• Meticulous eye for detail, recognizing that premium retail success is found in the quality of execution and personal presentation
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience by mastering the Cloud CX philosophy and executing the 5 Steps of Service to drive long-term brand loyalty
• Support guest interactions through elevated try-on rituals and personalized product education to resolve hesitations and ensure a seamless shopping journey
• Execute daily operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining premium visual standards and accurate inventory management to reflect On’s global positioning
• Support On’s unique market position through community engagement and collaborative teamwork, ensuring clear communication to start and finish every shift together
