Job summary

On is seeking a Seasonal Store Advisor in Austin, TX to be the brand ambassador and primary creator of our premium in-store fan experience. You will master the Cloud CX Premium service model and deliver a warm, personalized shopping journey for every guest.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support operations with meticulous attention to visual standards, inventory accuracy, and community engagement. This role requires 1+ years in retail or customer-facing roles and flexibility to work

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments where delivering a quality experience is a priority.
• Growth mindset and a passion for learning, with a proven ability to stay resilient and coachable.
• Reliable and accountable with a track record of adherence to retail procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience by mastering the Cloud CX philosophy and 5 Steps of Service.
• Assist guest interactions with elevated try-on rituals and personalized product education.
• Execute daily operations with meticulous attention to detail and maintain premium visual standards and inventory accuracy.
• Support community engagement and teamwork with clear communication and reliable shift execution.
