EmployBridge, LLC is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator for Clayton, IN to support client and vendor relations, payroll processing, onboarding, and attendance compliance in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and familiarity with CRM and Power BI.

It involves coaching employees on attendance policies, participating in safety discussions, and conducting onboarding and background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee issues and onboarding documents.
• Familiar with CRM, Power BI, and attendance systems.
• Experience with payroll processing and wage/hour compliance.
• Able to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication with vendors and client contacts.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues.
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas.
• Collects and reviews onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges using CRM, Power BI and attendance software.
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents safety incidents.
• Coaches associates on attendance policies and conducts ABC performance reviews.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
• Walks candidates through tour of client facility (walking 3 to 5 miles daily).
• Conducts onboarding, I-9s, and background checks.
