Job summary

EmployBridge seeks a Staff Performance Manager to serve as the go-to partner at the client site, coordinating onboarding and providing clear reporting while maintaining exceptional service. You will build strong client relationships and lead a hands-on team focused on staffing, attendance, and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience in a customer service role handling multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Proven success in leading a team or process in a structured environment.
• Ability to manage schedules, staffing, and client relationships with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily personnel operations to ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods and services.
• Lead onboarding coordination and new hire check-ins.
• Provide client workforce data and reporting; use CRM/Power BI for insights.
• Forecast staffing needs with client leadership and manage attendance and headcount.
• Support payroll processing and timeclock accuracy where applicable.
• Investigate safety incidents and participate in client meetings on safety and efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with management and supervisors for consistency.
