Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator for Lexington, KY. This part-time evening role supports vendors and client contacts, handles employee issues, onboarding, payroll, and reporting. You will use CRM, Power BI, and time/attendance tools to monitor workforce performance and ensure compliance.

The position requires strong communication, HR familiarity, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced logistics environment with occasional long walks during facility tours.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR or employee relations preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and data reporting tools.
• Comfort with fast-paced, process-driven environments.
• Ability to work evenings and part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educate client on guidelines and set expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensure all employee issues are handled appropriately and timely.
• Coordinate resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understand risk areas.
• Collect and review onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
• Run reports and use data to identify workforce challenges using CRM, Power BI, and time/attendance software.
• Participate in client meetings about safety and operations; document and investigate safety incidents.
• Coach associates on attendance policies; conduct ABC performance reviews; manage assignments.
• Process payroll and track attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
• Walk candidates through facility tours (3–5 miles daily).
• Participate in whiteboard meetings to understand daily order fill goals.
• Conduct onboarding, I-9s, and background checks.
• Hands-on experience in logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Customer service role experience with client communication.
• HR experience preferred.
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Understand client goals and how they measure success; work independently and with a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
