Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or manufacturing environments.

• Familiarity with onboarding, I-9s and background checks.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure setting while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues.
• Educate clients on guidelines and set expectations for issue handling.
• Coordinate resolution of workforce issues with vendors and partners.
• Collect onboarding documents and review for each employee prior to start.
• Run reports and use data to identify workforce challenges with CRM/Power BI.
