Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator for a seasonal, on-site role in Clayton, IN. The position requires flexibility across mornings, mid-day, and evenings and serves as the first point of contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues.

Responsibilities include educating clients on guidelines, coordinating onboarding, running workforce reports with Power BI, and supporting safety and attendance programs.

Qualifications

• First point of contact for vendors and client contacts for employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensures issues are handled timely and properly.
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners.

Responsibilities

• Collect onboarding documents for each employee before start.
• Run reports and use data to identify workforce challenges.
• Participate in client meetings about safety and operations; document safety incidents.
• Coach associates on attendance policies and ABC performance reviews.
• Process payroll and track attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
• Walk candidates through facility tour (3–5 miles daily).
• Conduct onboarding, I-9s, and background checks.
