EmployBridge, LLC is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator for the Lexington, KY area. This part-time role operates in the evenings with potential Sundays, acting as the main contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues.

You will guide clients on policy, track onboarding, run workforce reports, and support safety initiatives in a logistics environment. The position requires customer-service experience, the ability to multi-task under pressure, and comfort with data tools like

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role and handling employee issues.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• HR experience preferred, with understanding of onboarding and payroll basics.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues.
• Educate clients on guidelines and set expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensure issues are handled timely and escalated when needed.
• Coordinate resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners; identify risk areas.
• Review onboarding documents prior to start dates.
• Run reports and use data (CRM, Power BI, time/attendance) to spot workforce challenges.
• Participate in client safety meetings and document safety incidents.
