Job summary

Deer Valley Resort Company, LLC is seeking a part-time Instructor Recruiting/Database Coordinator to support Ski School staffing for the November–April season in Park City, Utah. You will assist with onboarding, housing, and personnel files, update scheduling systems, process certifications, and help injuries documentation, while coordinating with HR and the ski school team.

Qualifications

Experience in recruiting and hiring is preferred.
Minimum age 18 years.
Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
Familiarity with HR systems is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

Assist Recruiting Manager with onboarding for new and returning staff.
Assist with employee housing applications for the Skier Services division.
Maintain instructor personnel files, including pay rates and certifications.
Assist with certification reimbursement process and documentation.
Update instructor placements in ski school scheduling systems.
Document guest injuries in ski school lessons and work with HR workers' comp team.
Coordinate follow-up communication and schedule changes for injured instructors.
Support pre-season updates for new and returning instructors.
Provide statistical support for ski school on-snow supervisors.
