Job summary

Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, seeks a part-time Instructor Recruiting/Database Coordinator for the winter season. You will support onboarding, housing applications, and maintenance of instructor files, while coordinating with Ski School scheduling and HR teams.

The role requires attention to detail, experience with Microsoft 365, and prior recruiting exposure. Strong organizational skills help ensure accurate records, timely reimbursements, and smooth communication with injured staff.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
Minimum of 18 years of age.
Experience in recruiting and hiring preferred.
Familiarity with Deer Valley Ski School systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist Recruiting Manager with onboarding process for new and returning staff.
Assist with employee housing applications and allotments.
Maintain past and present instructor personnel files, including pay rates and certifications.
Assist with certification reimbursement documentation.
Update instructor placement within ski school scheduling systems.
Document and follow up on all guest injuries.
Coordinate with HR workers’ comp team for instructor injuries.
Handle follow-up communication and schedule adjustments for injured instructors.
Support ski school scheduling with pre-season updates for new and returning instructors.
Provide statistical support for ski school on-snow supervisor teams.
