Deer Valley Resort is seeking a part-time Instructor Recruiting/Database Coordinator for the Ski School. The role focuses on onboarding new and returning staff, housing coordination, and maintaining instructor records, including certifications and pay rates.

Qualifications

• Experience with recruiting and hiring preferred.
• Background in HR systems preferred.
• Minimum age 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist Recruiting Manager with onboarding administrative tasks.
• Assist with employee housing applications and allotments for Skier Services.
• Maintain instructor files and update pay rates and certifications.
• Handle certification reimbursement documentation.
• Update instructor placements in scheduling systems.
• Document and follow up on guest injuries in ski school.
• Coordinate with HR worker’s comp team on injuries.
• Support pre-season updates for new and returning instructors.
• Provide statistical support for ski school supervisory teams.
