Responsibilities

• Assist Recruiting Manager with onboarding process for new and returning staff.
• Assist with employee housing applications and allotments.
• Maintain past and present instructor personnel files, including pay rates and certifications.
• Assist with certification reimbursement documentation.
• Update instructor placement within ski school scheduling systems.
• Document and follow up on all guest injuries.
• Coordinate with HR workers’ comp team for instructor injuries.
• Handle follow-up communication and schedule adjustments for injured instructors.
• Support ski school scheduling with pre-season updates for new and returning instructors.
