Vail Resorts is hiring for the Ski and Ride School Administrative Assistant in a winter seasonal role. You will provide administrative support to the Ski and Ride School Management team and help maintain accurate instructor and student data.

This position requires strong organization, time management, attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information. Responsibilities include data entry, filing, payroll support, and coordinating schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry for Ski School instructor and student records.
• Maintain organized electronic filing and assist with payroll and HR paperwork.
• Update instructor schedules and assist with various Ski School operations as needed.
• Communicate with guests and staff via email and phone in a professional manner.
