Vail Resorts is hiring Ski & Snowboard School Assistant Managers for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. The role focuses on delivering high-quality guest and employee experiences while supporting ski and snowboard school operations.

Starting wage ranges with potential for growth, housing, and full-time hours are available. This position offers opportunities across multiple programs and locations in the mountains.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• PSIA/AASI Level 2 or higher preferred.
• Current professional instructor certification preferred.
• Fluent English – reading, writing, speaking.
• Experience as a ski/snowboard instructor preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily operations, including training, scheduling, payroll, and performance management.
• Provide on-hill coaching, support, and quality oversight for instructors.
• Promote and model safe practices for guests and staff at all times.
• Collaborate with managers and teams to ensure lessons and programs run smoothly.
• Oversee operations for daily retail lessons, seasonal programs, and specialty offerings.
• Manage resources, labor, and financial performance in line with goals.
• Engage with guests to address concerns and gather feedback.
• Foster safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
