Vail Resorts, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Winter Season 2026/2027 at our Colorado mountain resorts. You will provide essential administrative support to ski school staff and management, ensuring guests have a seamless experience and teams stay organized.

The role offers competitive hourly wages of $21.04 to $24.75, with both full- and part-time hours, housing availability, and access to Epic Service training and wellness benefits as part of our team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and workplace communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally in English.

Responsibilities

• Work with Ski and Ride School staff on pay, onboarding, and admin needs.
• Answer questions about VR technology, lessons, the Lesson Connect app, and related issues.
• Check email regularly to ensure prompt attention to immediate issues.
• Ensure all administrative needs of the department are met.
• Document tracking, organization, and scanning/filing.
• Assisting with lesson organization when needed.
• Primarily indoors and not on-snow.
• Other duties as needed – willing to work on the snow in the beginner area for several hours to help instructors manage classes of young children (3-6 year olds).
