Sugarbush Resort's Ski & Ride School seeks Sales and Reservations Agents for the 26/27 Winter Season. Agents are the first contact for guests, handling calls, walk-ins, and emails with accuracy and courtesy.

This full/part-time role blends guest services, POS, and reservation data entry. You will explain lesson programs, sell products, and support guests in scheduling while working across three locations.

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• Customer service or front desk experience is desirable.
• Good communication and computer skills are essential.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and handle guest reservations for Ski & Ride School programs.
• Sell Ski & Ride School products and other resort services, including lift tickets.
• Manage receipts and cash with accurate daily balance.
• Provide scheduling information and resolve conflicts for guests.
• Use a multi-line phone, reservation and POS systems to process bookings.
• Email confirmations to guests on the same day as booking.
• Coordinate with instructors to match guests with suitable coaches.
