Job summary

Sugarbush Resort is seeking Seasonal Sales and Reservations Agents for the 26/27 Winter Season. Agents are the first contact for guests via phone, walk-up, and email, handling reservations, selling lift tickets and rentals, and explaining lesson programs.

This full or part-time role offers $18-$20/hour depending on experience, with location in Vermont and three work areas including The Schoolhouse, The Farmhouse, and the Call Center.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Clerical/office experience desirable.
• Customer service or front desk experience desirable.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Must be comfortable dealing with stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and handle reservations for Ski & Ride School programs.
• Sell School products and other resort products including lift tickets.
• Manage receipts and daily cash out.
• Provide information and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Use multi-line phone, reservation and POS systems.
• Email confirmations the same day as booking.
