Job summary

MINISO USA in Columbus is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, assist with cash handling, merchandising, opening/closing, stock replenishment, and promote the store’s membership program to build customer loyalty.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year as a keyholder or shift leader in retail, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and strong leadership,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure it is clean and compliant with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and adhere to policies to prevent loss.
• Maintain a professional attitude and enthusiasm aligned with MINISO USA's customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Multitask effectively and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Have basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Travel between store locations as needed.
• 1+ years of retail experience in a supervisory role.
