Job summary

MINISO USA in Columbus, OH is hiring a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead and train associates, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage merchandising, cash handling, and store upkeep while promoting the store’s loyalty program to foster repeat visits.

The role requires strong leadership, reliable multitasking, and the ability to travel between locations as needed to support all stores.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and driving store KPIs.
• Ability to travel between store locations.
• Experience in retail environment with POS handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring the store is recovered and clean and in compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to Store Manager when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and ensure adherence to all company policies designed to prevent loss.
• Maintain a professional attitude, demonstrating enthusiasm and sincerity that aligns with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
