Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will drive store KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, opening/closing, and participate in shipment processing to ensure smooth store performance.

You will promote the store's membership program to build customer loyalty, maintain visual standards, handle front-line issues, and support Loss Prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, merchandising, and open/close procedures.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Assist with loss prevention and compliance with company policies.
