MINISO USA seeks a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will handle cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and shipment processing while promoting the store’s membership program to strengthen customer loyalty.

Lead by example, develop team members, ensure store standards, and contribute to achieving KPIs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Willingness to travel between MINISO USA locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and participate in promotions.
