Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a PT Seasonal Service Team Member in Houston. You will help customers locate products, provide friendly checkout experiences, and participate in unloading, stocking, and store maintenance duties.

You will engage customers with the Rewards program and assist with omnichannel tasks such as BOPIS and SFS. The role stresses excellent customer service, physical stamina for standing and lifting, and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; represent the brand positively.
