Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Pittsburgh is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Team Member to assist customers, maintain a fast checkout, and help with stocking and merchandising at McKnight Rd. This role supports omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, with cross-training in Custom Framing.

Applicants should be able to stand long hours, lift heavy boxes, and work nights, weekends, and early mornings. Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop in-store.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Unload trucks, stock, and manage planograms (POGs) to keep the store well merchandised.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
• Interact with customers respectfully and promote the Michaels brand.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
