Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Georgetown, TX is seeking a part-time seasonal Retail-Seasonal Service Team Member. You will help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions while processing a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You’ll assist with truck unloads, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock, including omni-channel tasks like BOPIS/SFS and reward program enrollments.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform stocking duties.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Provide fast checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking and planograms (POGs).
• Maintain store recovery, merchandise presentation and in-stock levels.
• Support Omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and Rewards enrollment.
