Michaels Everett Store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service and efficient checkout experiences. You will assist customers, restock shelves, and participate in store recovery to keep products neatly displayed and in stock.

You will also support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, work on planograms, and promote the Rewards program. The role requires standing, lifting, and teamwork in a busy retail environment.

Formación

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Able to lift and carry heavy boxes and reach high shelves.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
