The Michaels Companies in Everett, WA is hiring for a part-time Service Team Member. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You’ll unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain well‑merchandised shelves with planograms.

You’ll engage customers about rewards programs, enrollments, and VOC surveys, while supporting omni‑channel tasks like BOPIS/SFS and store recovery. Flex hours include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find products.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties; keep shelves stocked.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with omnichannel tasks such as BOPIS and SFS where applicable.
• Maintain store recovery, planograms, and in‑stock levels.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; work collaboratively with team members.
