Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a BOS-Everett, MA location to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining in-store Merchandising standards to uphold the Michaels brand promises.

Team members engage with Omni channel activities such as BOPIS and SFS, participate in safety and shrink programs, and support a well-stocked, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram maintenance.
• Perform store recovery to maintain in-stock merchandising and back-stock organization.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
