Job summary

The Michaels Companies Everett store is seeking a Seasonal Team Member for nights and weekends to provide friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure quick, accurate checkout. You will be part of a team that keeps the floor stocked and merchandised for a great in-store experience.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, POS operations, returns, and supporting omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS).

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Support returns, merchandise recovery, and store recovery standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS/SFS.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
