Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards program and enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock store through merchandise recovery and back stock handling
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Follow SOPs and company policies; be a positive role model
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
