Job summary

Michaels in FL is seeking a dedicated Team Member to assist customers, process purchases, and promote rewards programs. You will support omni-channel processes and participate in stocking, merchandising, and safety programs to maintain a well-run store.

The role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, and a team-oriented environment with opportunities to help customers across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Experience helping customers in a retail environment and delivering solutions.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of store products and promotions to assist shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey participation.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Maintain stock and perform merchandise recovery and return processes to keep store well merchandised.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Interact professionally and promote a positive image; be a role model.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
