Job summary

Michaels ORL-OCOEE store in Florida is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store to support our brand promises.

Retail or customer service experience is preferred. Expect standing long hours, lifting, and engaging customers in rewards programs, while following SOPs and safety guidelines to ensure a great shopping

Qualifications

• Ability to stand long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program sign-ups and enrollments.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain in-stock and well-merchandised store; complete returns/go backs.
