Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a team member in a store setting to help customers locate items, answer questions, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will support merchandise recovery, stocking, and planograms while engaging customers with rewards programs and private label offerings.

Expect to assist with omnichannel processes and maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and store operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Familiarity with rewards programs and checkout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with omnichannel tasks including BOPIS and SFS.
• Maintain stock and markdowns, support planograms and store recovery.
• Promote store programs and ensure SOP adherence.
