Michaels Palm Coast is seeking a customer-focused team member to help customers find products, assist with checkout, and participate in in-store and omnichannel operations. You will engage shoppers, enroll rewards programs, and support inventory and merchandising tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Able to move throughout the store and lift/move stock

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain stock and merchandise recovery to keep shelves in stock and well-merchandised
