Job summary

Michaels is hiring at the ORL-WATERFORD LAKES location in Orlando, FL for a team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout. You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, planograms, and in-store recovery to keep merchandise available and well-presented.

Responsibilities include helping customers find items, enrolling them in rewards programs, supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS/SFS, and adhering to SOPs while maintaining a positive store

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to move throughout the store and lift light to moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; cash handling.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in stocking, truck unload, and planogram processes.
• Ensure in-stock, well-merchandised store and follow SOPs.
