Michaels DET-ROSEVILLE is hiring a store team member to provide friendly customer service and help shoppers find products. You will handle fast checkout with cash handling, enroll customers in rewards, and support BOPIS/SFS processes.

Responsibilities include stocking, planogram compliance, merchandise recovery, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Applicants should be able to stand long hours and work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Assist customers with product location and solutions.
• Promote rewards program enrollments and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; handle returns/go-backs.
