Job summary

Michaels Riverside store is hiring a team member to assist customers, help locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience in a friendly environment.

The role includes unloading trucks, stocking, and executing planograms, plus engaging customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments. Omnichannel duties like BOPIS and SFS are part of daily work, with flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return / go back process
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies to ensure compliance with laws and requirements
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; promote vision and values; be a role model
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
