Job summary

Michaels Benton Harbor store is seeking a friendly team member to help customers find merchandise, provide solutions, and deliver a fast, courteous checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and ensure the store stays well-merchandised and in stock.

You’ll engage customers with the Benefits program enrollment, participate in omnichannel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and uphold SOPs while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Ensure fast, friendly checkout and customer assistance.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout and cash handling.
• Enrolling customers in the Rewards program and Private Label cards.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and support merchandise recovery.
