Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them where applicable.
• Assist with omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain stock and store recovery, including returns and go-backs.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
