Job summary

Michaels in Roseville, MN is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

Responsibilities include engaging customers on rewards enrollments, supporting BOPIS/SFS processes, and maintaining safety and SOP compliance. Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Encourage enrollment in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship From Store)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, returns/go backs
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; act as a positive role model
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
