Michaels Pitt-Cranberry, PA is hiring a Store Team Member to assist customers, stock shelves, and operate the register in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, merchandise recovery, and adherence to store standards.

The position involves cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, supporting omnichannel processes, and ensuring a well-merchandised, in-stock store while upholding safety and company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Manage checkout with accurate cash handling and speed.
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planograms (POGs).
• Engage customers on store programs and enrollments (Rewards/Private Label).
• Participate in SISO, AD set duties, and store recovery to stay in-stock.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; model respectful behavior.
