Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Team Member for our Pitt Pleasant Hills, PA location. You will help customers, guide them to products, and ensure fast, friendly checkout while maintaining store standards.

Key duties include restocking, handling returns, supporting store recovery, and participating in omnichannel tasks such as BOPIS and Ship From Store. A strong focus on courtesy, accuracy, and teamwork will help you deliver our brand promises.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Stocking, truck unload, and POg processes
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Interact professionally with customers and teammates
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
