Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Operate cash register and ensure accurate checkout.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and shelf maintenance.
• Support omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Maintain in-stock conditions and planograms.
• Promote the Michaels Rewards program and enroll customers.
• Uphold store policies and safety standards.
