Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a store team member at the McMurray, PA location to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and keeping the store merchandised and in stock.

The role emphasizes POS cash handling, rewards enrollment, omni-channel support, and adherence to SOPs while upholding safety and brand standards. Expect long-standing hours, weekend shifts, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain merchandise in-stock and well-merchandised; complete returns/go back.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; interact respectfully; be a role model.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
