Job summary

Michaels Stores in Pitt-Coraopolis, PA is seeking a dedicated team member to assist customers, stock shelves, and operate the register with accuracy. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining in-stock conditions while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include helping customers, promoting rewards programs, and supporting omnichannel orders such as BOPIS and SFS. Prior retail experience is preferred; weekend/overtime work may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers, answer questions and resolve concerns.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery, merchandise returns and stock availability.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
