Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate for our Williamsburg store to deliver guest experiences and maintain daily operations during peak periods. The role involves active floor movement, inventory control, and collaboration with the store team to uphold brand standards and ensure smooth shipments, receipts, and replenishment.

The position is part-time, up to 20 hours per week, with a starting base pay of $17.00 per hour in Brooklyn, NY.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with a focus on accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment tasks.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities to support operations.
• Uphold safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs and guests.
• Assist in executing company-level operations directives with the Ops & Visual Management team.
• Assist in processing shipments and daily replenishment, including merchandising placement.
• Leverage store metrics to drive business decisions and performance.
• Resolve guest needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support goals.
