ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Brooklyn, NY. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing inventory, and upholding visual standards while supporting peak-season operations.

You will work part-time with a maximum of 20 hours per week, move across the sales floor and back of house, and contribute to a high-performing team. The position emphasizes efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operations environment.
• Constant movement around all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with the store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, and vendor relations to keep operations efficient.
• Uphold safe stockroom practices and clean, inviting store conditions.
• Move dynamically to meet business needs on the floor and back of house.
• Execute directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.
• Assist in product flow and daily replenishment for top-of-mind availability.
• Use store metrics to drive business decisions and customer satisfaction.
